This is my working manual — a guide to how I think, communicate, and collaborate. Inspired by the idea that teams work better when people understand each other’s operating styles.
Communication
I prefer async communication for most things. I believe in writing things down clearly and giving people space to think before responding. For urgent matters, a quick message or call works best.
Decision Making
I lean toward data-informed decisions but recognize that intuition and user empathy play equally important roles. I like to gather context, discuss with the team, and then commit to a direction.
Feedback
I value direct, honest feedback. I’d rather hear something uncomfortable early than discover it late. I try to give feedback the same way — specific, timely, and constructive.
What I Value
- Clarity over complexity
- Shipping over perfecting
- Empathy for users and teammates
- Curiosity and continuous learning
